Obtain information services from LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.

Use the halal logo in accordance with the regulations established by BPJPH.

Submit an appeal if the inspection decision from LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah is unsatisfactory.

Approve or reject the schedule and evaluation team for the field evaluation set by LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.

The business operator's information will be kept confidential by LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.

Receive the certificate of inspection results conducted by LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah in accordance with the decision made.
Business Owners Obligations

Fulfill the inspection requirements set by BPJPH and LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.

Sign the inspection contract agreement with LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.

Pay the inspection fees in accordance with the agreed amount and timeline.

Comply with the regulations for the use of the halal logo.

Create a conducive environment during the halal inspection process.

Provide accurate information to the halal audit team appointed by LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah during the field evaluation.

Maintain confidentiality of the evaluation results, LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah’s information, and the assigned audit team.

Correct all identified non-conformities in a timely manner and submit the results to LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.

Surveillance of LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah will be conducted once a year during the certificate’s validity.
LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah Rights

Receive the required documents from the business operators.

Receive the signed inspection contract agreement from the business operator.
Receive the inspection fees in accordance with the agreed amount and payment schedule. -
Assign and/or replace the halal audit team as necessary.

Ensure a conducive environment during the halal inspection process at the business operator's premises for the assigned audit team.

Request or receive the necessary documents/information for certification purposes.

Provide responses, handle complaints, and manage appeals in accordance with the procedures established by LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah.
LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah Obligations

Provide halal inspection services to business operators in accordance with the established procedures.

Conduct evaluations objectively and professionally, following the program and evaluation plan previously communicated to the business operator.

Maintain the confidentiality of the business operator's data, processes, and personal information.

Respond to complaints and appeals submitted by the business operator.
-
Verify corrective actions proposed by the business operator.
-
Conduct surveillance on the business operator once a year during the validity period of the certificate.

Transfer the certificate to another LPH if the accreditation status of LPH Bhakti Mandiri Syariah is revoked by BPJPH.
Complaints may be submitted to LPH BMS if there are any discrepancies or dissatisfaction regarding the services provided or the inspection process. Complaints can be made in writing, either through direct mail or email.
